Washington building to be dedicated, time capsule opened

BRAINERD — The public is invited to a dedication event Monday, May 13, at the Washington Educational Services Building. There will be a ribbon cutting and dedication for the Brainerd Public Schools building after recent renovations. A 1993 time capsule sealed at Franklin Junior High will be opened, and another time capsule will be sealed.
