“In northern Gaza, infants and young children have begun to die from malnutrition and dehydration. Across the border, there is food and clean water, but we are being denied permission to provide such aid and save lives.” The head of the United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees, Philippe Lazzarini, told the UN Security Council.
