UNICEF: Climate Change Leaves ‘Dire Situation’ for 45 Million African Children

Summary by Ground News
At least 45 million children are dealing with severe food insecurity, UNICEF says. Many countries in her region have very high rates of child stunting or acute malnutrition. Rates are getting worse because of extreme weather patterns, such as a prolonged heat wave and drought.
