The United States punched a fist at the table: Tiktok has a year to find new owners or the service will be blocked

The regulation banning TikTok was passed in the United States Senate and House of Representatives with dizzying votes. US President Joe Biden has signed a decree drafted by the country's Senate that forces Chinese company ByteDance to sell its ownership of social media app TikTok. The company has a year to settle, after which it will be removed from US app stores. These include Apple's App Store as well as Google's Play Store, among others.
