The contaminated water of Benito Juárez puts the Government of Mexico City on the ropes

It has been 10 days since the first reports of water pollution in Benito Juárez and the neighbours still have more questions than answers. What is known so far is that more than 400 people have reported that the water in their homes has a strong smell and a rare taste, that the pollution is related to a composition “of the family of oils and lubricants” and that a well has been closed and cleaned from which the chemicals were supposed to come.
