Russia has strengthened its Black Sea fleet defence and "has largely withdrawn its ships and submarines from Sevastopol to the east to Novorossiysk," the British Ministry of Defence noted in an update on the Ukrainian front, in which the British ministry also releases satellite images of the Russian fleet.
