For more than 30 years, John and Theresa Porter co-owned and managed the Benbow Inn. On May 1, the upper lobby of the historic hotel was crowded with family, friends, and community members celebrating the couple’s retirement and expressing appreciation for the Porters’ many contributions and accomplishments.
