No more padlocks: Mexican immigration agency reports safety measures a year after deadly fire

Mexico's National Migration Institute this week said it has made safety improvements to its immigration stations. In a press release, INM said it had installed fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and more than 1,500 smoke detectors.
