Newlat rises at the highly indebted milk processor Newlat

The Italian food group Newlat Food has acquired almost 11 percent of the milk processor Hochdorf. Newlat wants to revitalise Hochdorf and is examining, among other things, a purchase of the operational business with the two factories in Sulgen and Hochdorf. The Hochdorf share was placed on the stock exchange.
