Lawsuits claim Soddy-Daisy restaurant knew deck was in poor condition before it collapsed

It's been almost a year since the deck collapsed at Zois Restaurant at Harbor Lights Marina. Now, seven lawsuits are being filed collectively claiming over $1,000,000 in damages against the restaurant, Harbor Lights Yacht Club, Aquatic Holdings, and Jones Bay. Each of the lawsuits claim that the business "knew" the deck was in poor condition and not up to code & therefore were negligent for allowing patrons on it despite this knowledge.
