The National Weather Service released an updated flood warning at 1:25 a.m. on Sunday in effect until 4 a.m. for Mercer, Middlesex and Monmouth counties.The weather service states to expect, "Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues for portions of central and northern New Jersey, including in central New Jersey, Mercer and Monmouth counties. In northern New Jersey, Middlesex."
