Klobuchar, local law enforcement discuss new FEND off Fentanyl Act

MINNEAPOLIS (KVRR) — Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar and members of law enforcement held a press conference Friday to discuss the new FEND off Fentanyl Act. The act places sanctions on cartels and companies that manufacture precursor chemicals used in the production of fentanyl.
