Jessamine County student to compete in 4-H speech state competition

Wilmore 5th-grader Stella Cochran is required, like every fifth-grader, to participate in a speech contest at the school level. To the shock of Stella’s parents, her speech won at both Wilmore Elementary School and the county and regional competitions.
