Italians want to take power at Hochdorf milk factory

After acquiring a share of almost 11 percent in Hochdorf, the Italian food group Newlat wants to replace the entire board of directors of the proposed milk processor with plants in Sulgen and Hochdorf. Hochdorf needs a radical change in the company strategy, says the Newlat President.
