Highway 1 closure: Public can convoy in and out of Big Sur starting Monday

Starting Monday, Caltrans will open the twice-daily convoys on Highway 1 through the Rocky Creek slip-out to the general public according to a press release from the organization. The convoys will run from 7-8 a.m. and 5-6 p.m. each day.
