Families are very afraid to renegotiate loans, and it has to do with the information that's in the Credit Suisse Accountability Center.

DECO is alerting to the growing difficulty of Portuguese families in paying their housing loans. Natalia Nunes, in charge of the Finance Protection Office, points out that there's also a fear of asking banks to renegotiate their contracts because of the information that's stored in the Credit Responsibility Center.
