There were times when Evi Heyndrickx (47) had already finished her first bottle of cava before noon. Now she's sober, she has a popular podcast, and her book “Alcohol Alarm!” is coming out this week out. “I'm not an anti-alcohol guru. Drink what you want. But my story is a highway to help.”
