Employee accused of stealing over $15K from Callaway Liquor Store

DETROIT LAKES — Mandy Jean Dwyer, 38, of Callaway, has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony theft. According to court records, she is accused of stealing more than $15,000 while working at the city-owned Callaway Liquor store.
