PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Thursday is expected to be the warmest day of the week around the Portland-Vancouver metro area. Skies will slowly dry through the morning hours as mostly cloudy conditions remain. A few afternoon and evening sun breaks will help warm the Willamette Valley into the mid-60s.
