Dr. Yifan Zheng has been named assistant professor of surgery at Upstate Medical University.Zheng will join the division of thoracic surgery and treat patients on a range of diseases of the chest, including lung cancer, esophageal cancer, mediastinal tumors as well as benign esophageal diseases, including achalasia, hiatal hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
