ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — The Attleboro Fire Department said that it responded to a “flash explosion” that occurred at Bruce Diamond Corporation on Friday. The incident occurred around 10:45 a.m. when a chemical agent that was being used to clean a melting machine reacted and caused the explosion.
