Alleged burglar said he gave stolen bike to Casper Police Department

CASPER, Wyo. — Natrona County authorities say two Casper men broke into their neighbor’s apartment while he was away at treatment and pawned some of his possessions, including a black Trek bicycle he said was worth $750.
